The firm is led by Adaiani de Sousa, CTA AITI, AAIA, a Chartered Tax Adviser and Qualified Accountant with over 10 years of practical and technical experience in taxation, accounting, payroll, and business advisory services.

Adaiani holds an Honours Degree in Accounting, a Degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Financial Management, Controllership and Auditing, and she did a Master’s in Taxation at the University of Limerick in 2017. She is an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute (AITI), a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), and a qualified accountant in both Ireland and Brazil, where she has been registered with the Brazilian Federal Accounting Council (CFC) since 2015.

Throughout her career, Adaiani has advised private clients, high-net-worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger organisations on a broad range of tax and compliance matters. Her experience includes personal and corporate taxation, employment taxes, payroll compliance, Revenue audits and interventions, tax planning, and business advisory services.
